Re: Apologies for the delay in sending admission passes
Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for applying to register for the “Pope Francis’ Memorial Mass in Nagasaki”.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in sending the admission passes. Passes were going to be sent from 20 October. However, due to the very high security requirements, the schedule for sending passes has been significantly delayed.
We are planning to start sending your admission passes around the middle of November. As such, we ask for your patience.
Meanwhile, please read carefully the Information regarding the “Pope Francis’ Memorial Mass in Nagasaki” notice enclosed, especially about bringing your ID. You cannot enter the venue without your ID and admission pass.
We look forward to seeing you there.
Yours sincerely,
Rev. Mitsuru Nakamura
Secretariat Office of Executive Committee of Pope Francis’ visit in Japan
